FINANCIAL NAVIGATION COMPANY LIMITED (Established 1988) 

We are a financial advising firm; not a financial products sales firm.

Established in the wake of the 1987 share market crash (in which 2/3’s of New Zealand’s publicly listed companies were trashed) the firm guides clients through the long term.

The principal objective of the company is to maintain a perfect record for its clients protecting all their capital and interest.

Management

The C.E.O. is David A. Wood of Timaru.



C.E.O.’s Qualifications

Bachelor of Law (Otago 1973)

Affiliate of Australian Securities Institute (1986)

Manager of Solicitors Nominee Company for 18 years (with no capital or interest losses despite downturn in values in area by up to 60% in 1988 and 1989)

Advising in securities field for 32 years with close involvement with the prosecution of many high profile investment investigations including RSL, MH Anderson frauds, Barr frauds (at a Christchurch legal firm)

Operation Allsorts in Waikato (the largest fraud investigation by Police in New Zealand); and many others, some going to the Court of Appeal and one (successfully) at the Supreme Court

The company offers advice on:

1.         Trustee guidance on trust investments.

2.         Property management services and strategic business advice (risk management).

3.         Due diligence on investment properties, rural and residential including     Overseas Investment Commission applications.

4.         Your financial/business position post 2008 meltdown.
